Shipping & Returns

 

• Hats are 21-28 business days.
• Pre-orders take about 4-6 weeks to come in. Please read each listing carefully, as it will be included.
• Ready to ship items (RTS) will generally ship in 1-7 business days.

This does not include any holidays or weekends. If for some reason there is a shipping delay, we will give you notice. You are urged to follow our Facebook VIP as it is updated frequently.

All orders are FINAL. If you receive your product and you are not satisfied PS Hats will try its best to fix the issue.

If you receive your item and it is damaged, you have 48 hours from date tracking shows delivered to contact our shop and provide photos of the damage. We will make the determination on what the next course of action will be.
