Bamboo Sets

• Hats are 21-28 business days.
• Pre-orders take about 4-6 weeks to come in. Please read each listing carefully, as it will be included.
• Ready to ship items (RTS) will generally ship in 1-7 business days.

This does not include any holidays or weekends. If for some reason there is a shipping delay, we will give you notice. You are urged to follow our Facebook VIP as it is updated frequently.

All orders are FINAL. If you receive your product and you are not satisfied PS Hats will try its best to fix the issue.

If you receive your item and it is damaged, you have 48 hours from date tracking shows delivered to contact our shop and provide photos of the damage. We will make the determination on what the next course of action will be.

HATS:

• Spot cleaning with a gentle detergent and soft bristled brush, like a toothbrush, for stains.

• Do not submerge in water, use a washing machine or a dryer. Air dry only.

BAMBOO:

• Your PS Hats pajamas are designed to be washed in cold water and tumble dried on low.

• Please note that Bamboo is a natural fiber and is delicate; so should be washed separately from items that may be damaging, like towels, hardware or Velcro. 

• For the longest wear, you can wash them inside out and line dry when possible.
