- Ready to ship items (RTS) will generally ship in 1-7 business days.

All orders are FINAL. If you receive your product and you are not satisfied PS Hats & Bamboo will try its best to fix the issue.
If you receive your item and it is damaged, you have 48 hours from date tracking shows delivered to contact our shop and provide photos of the damage. We will make the determination on what the next course of action will be.
